We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't working out, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number within 7 days of your purchase date. We'll process the refund promptly and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

After 7 Days

We'll still review refund requests submitted after the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You experienced a technical issue that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a billing error.
  • The product was materially misrepresented on its product page.
